🔄 Returns & Exchanges

Due to the intimate nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any items that have been opened, used, or whose packaging has been tampered with.

However, we will gladly replace or refund items that meet the following criteria:

• Damaged      or defective upon arrival
• Incorrect      item received
• Product      malfunction within 30 days of purchase (for items with electronic      components)

To qualify, please contact us within 7 days of deliverywith:

• Your      order number
• A      clear photo or video of the issue
• A      brief description of the problem

💸 Refunds

If your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

🚫 Non-Refundable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for:
